As Ring builds the next generation of smart security, we are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Paid Social Marketing Manager in US & Canada. Paid Social is one of our most impactful growth levers, driven increasingly by AI-led optimizations, automation, and creative scale. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI-powered media buying and human-led creative strategy, using systems like Advantage+, automated bidding, dynamic creative, and rapid experimentation to unlock scale. You’ll shape how Ring shows up across Meta Feeds, Stories, Reels, and emerging placements—translating cultural moments, audience insights, and creative ideas into scalable performance.
As a leader on the Ring & Blink Media team, this role balances hands-on execution with high-level strategic thinking. You’ll champion experimentation, explore new technologies, and support business planning through leadership-facing documents and reporting. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytically sharp, and comfortable owning end-to-end paid social programs while influencing key marketing and business decisions.
Key job responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end Meta paid strategy and execution, including audience approach, budget allocation, and full-funnel planning
* Translate business goals into clear media plans with performance targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV, incrementality)
* Identify growth opportunities across new formats, placements, and campaign types (Advantage+, Reels, Shops, etc)
* Monitor daily pacing, campaign health, and budget allocations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment
* Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
* Collaborate closely with analytics, product, creative, and media teams to align on goals and messaging
* Develop strategic business documentation and performance reviews for leadership
* Stay current on media updates, trends, and best practices to inform our roadmap
A day in the life
On a typical day, you will own the day-to-day performance and evolution of Ring’s Meta program, using AI-powered buying, automation, and creative insights to drive scale and efficiency. You will monitor performance trends, guide budget and optimization decisions, and translate algorithm signals into clear actions. In close partnership with creative, analytics, and sales teams, you shape testing roadmaps, accelerate creative iteration, and ensure Meta’s machine learning is fed high-quality inputs.
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Proven track record of managing significant media budgets ($15M+ annually) and delivering strong ROAS
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and campaign optimization best practices
- Experience using AI agents to automate media execution, investment decisioning, or measurement
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in bid management platforms ie. SA360, Skai (formally Kenshoo), Marin, Adobe Advertising Cloud, etc.
- Familiarity with other paid social platforms (TikTok, Nextdoor, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
