Family Services Specialist IV - H14D

This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary:  $49,806.90/Annually + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience requirements consist of:

• a master’s degree and one (1) year of qualifying experience.
• or a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in professional social work.
• or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree.
• or four (4) years of experience as a Family Services Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

This is a leadership level position where employee provides direct supervision to lower level staff.

• This is a leadership level position where employee provides direct supervision to lower level staff. 
• Employee assigned to this level will supervise, administer policy and procedure to a staff of professional Family Services Specialists who provide a wide variety of case work which may include, but not be limited to, SNAP, Daycare, or ABD services.  
• Employee shall attend all trainings, meetings, and conferences as directed.
