The Loan Operations Specialist lll (Payoff Desk) role requires an advanced level of knowledge of multiple aspects of Loan Operations. The Loan Operations Specialist lll is responsible for supporting operational duties within the department specific to loan payoff processing, release of all types of loan collateral, insurance processing, loan funding, boarding and callback processes and internal/external customer support. This position requires the individual to work independently, have strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and provide guidance to the Loan Operations Team. The incumbent assists management with ongoing daily activities. This position requires that the individual work in office.
Ensures compliance within all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

The incumbent for this position will occasionally lift up to 15 pounds, pull, squat, kneel and reach. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which he or she is free to move about at will. The work environment is typically quiet to a moderate noise level.
