The Owned In-House Agency Team will be part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team. The CSO mission is to create demand, convert demand efficiently at scale, and deliver value by increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing. CSO owns the planning, execution, optimization, innovation and stewardship of Paid and Owned media. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization.
The Marketing Technology Operations Manager serves as a vital link between the Channel Strategy and Operations team (CSO) and MarTech teams. This role is responsible for being the main point person within the Owned In-House Agency for both driving the tooling and agentic vision forward and working closely with Martech ensuring transparent communication around tooling/agentic workstreams, trade-offs and escalations. This role is responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed about action plans and securing leadership approval for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with operational excellence to drive efficiency and scale across marketing technology platforms.

The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
