Role Overview

The organization is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Knowledge Intelligence Partner to support the development and ongoing optimization of an AI‑powered HR knowledge management ecosystem. This role blends content operations, knowledge management, and light project coordination to ensure HR information is accurate, accessible, and intelligently structured for employees across the company.

The ideal candidate is proactive, systems‑minded, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment. You will help maintain and improve HR knowledge repositories, support content governance, and leverage AI‑driven tools to enhance searchability, tagging, and content quality. Your work will directly contribute to a scalable, ethical, and user‑centered knowledge experience.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management & Content Operations

  • Maintain and organize HR knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
  • Support teams by creating templates, guides, and process documentation to standardize content creation and updates.
  • Assist with content migration, restructuring, and platform organization.
  • Tag and categorize content using established taxonomies, metadata standards, and AI‑assisted tools.
  • Generate usage and performance reports to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to knowledge requests and help employees locate HR resources efficiently.

Governance & Content Quality

  • Provide frameworks, training, and guidance to help teams audit and update their content.
  • Ensure content adheres to quality, consistency, and ethical AI standards.
  • Support cross‑functional contributors in following review and approval workflows.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate knowledge management initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for content and knowledge‑related workstreams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, share updates, and align on priorities.
  • Track action items and follow up with contributors to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, library science, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of project or program management experience in operations, learning & development, communications, or similar functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content management, documentation, or knowledge intelligence.
  • Ability to quickly learn new knowledge management, AI, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, coordinate projects, and prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible use of AI in HR content practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HR processes, terminology, and employee‑facing content.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced technology environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • Customer‑service mindset with strong stakeholder management and follow‑up skills.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
