  • At least one year of experience supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses—especially those with more chronic or persistent challenges
  • A big heart, strong communication skills, and a team-player attitude
  • Comfort working independently and being flexible with your schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays)
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • MHRT-1 certified? Great! Not yet? We’ll help you get there.

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $23.10/hr
  • $23.65/hr with MHRT-1 certification
  • Plus:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) with employer match after 1 year
    • Paid time off
    • Life, short-term & long-term disability insurance
    • Flexible spending accounts
    • Supportive team environment where you can truly make a difference
