ROUND TABLE PIZZA - DOUGH ROLLER
A Dough Roller's primary responsibility is mixing and rolling out dough following specific recipes and maintaining fresh dough inventory based on estimated daily usage. A Dough Roller's secondary responsibility is the same as a Crew Member - to provide excellent guest services while performing assigned duties, including, but not limited to preparing and cooking pizza, taking customer orders, serving food, cashier, cleaning: tables, dining room, front and back restaurant areas and restrooms, and washing dishes to guarantee company standards are maintained and consistently comply with all policies and procedures to ensure cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
