We are seeking a resourceful and collaborative Technology Integrator to serve as a key liaison and first-level technical resource for our team ā supporting IT initiatives, troubleshooting existing systems, and helping deliver and implement new technologies that improve agency efficiency and operations.

What You'll Do:
As Technology Integrator, you will be the go-to resource for staff across the agency when it comes to technology needs ā from day-to-day troubleshooting to supporting larger technology integration projects. You will work closely with our IT vendor, HR department, and staff at all levels to keep our technology running smoothly and our team equipped to do their best work.
Responsibilities include:
- Stay current on the latest innovations, solutions, and regulations in technology, business, and policy
- Carry out technology integration plans that align with the organization's vision and goals
- Partner with our IT vendor to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users as needed
- Deliver basic training for staff on how to use various applications effectively and confidently
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department and IT vendor to manage staff transitions and ensure smooth operations
- Engage with staff to understand and address their technical needs and challenges
- Oversee and track the agency's equipment inventory, including new and decommissioned devices
- Deploy new computers and peripherals as required
- Assist IT vendor(s) in restoring network functionality in the event of downtime or emergencies
- Collaborate with onsite and offsite vendors to support technology projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to technology and compliance
- Participate in the orientation of new employees and the transfer of knowledge essential to the performance of duties
What You'll Need:
- Associate degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience in a comparable environment, OR 4 years of related experience in a comparable environment
- Proficiency in basic computer hardware, software, and network configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) preferred
- Experience with project management preferred; experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different levels and functions
- Detail-focused and organized, with a commitment to quality, security, and efficiency
- Valid Driver's License with the ability to drive an agency vehicle
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities
