Applicant must have of 3 plus years of current and substantive trademark experience. Applicant must be proficient in drafting and filing trademark applications; responding to Office Actions; maintaining and updating trademark dockets; preparing pleading for trademark trials and is familiar with Appeal Board proceedings.
