Position Summary
The Vice President, Asset Management will focus on asset management responsibilities for Griffin's existing portfolio and pipeline of multifamily assets and some build to rent assets. The position will also manage relationships with development partners, operating partners, and investors. Responsible for providing asset management services, support & guidance for a portfolio of assets, including among other things, planning and positioning, property administration, financial analysis, budget preparation, and lease analysis.

Griffin Capital’s salary ranges are determined by role, work location, duration of direct experience, and internal and external pay equity considerations. The base salary range for this exempt full-time position is $160,000-$210,000 + bonus eligibility + benefits.*
Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. This posted starting salary range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
