We are hiring a Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our Everett team. Under the close supervision of our Clinical Supervisor, you'll provide primary contact with participants, be responsible for evaluations and assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide group and family counseling. The schedule for this position is in-person, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.
***Please note: To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) license with the Washington State Department of Health.
Serves as the primary contact with participants; responsible for screenings, evaluations, assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling. Provides program information and facilitates referrals to outside resources. Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

· Ability to converse with and listen to people in many different settings
· Ability to use a computer and telephone, as well as other standard office equipment
· Mobility requirements may involve navigating various work areas, including stairs or ramps.
· Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, and/or carry supplies up to 25 pounds
· Work takes place in a social services environment where long periods of sitting, working on a computer, and standing (with accommodations provided for specific positions).
· Travel to program sites and meetings outside the site and around the county are necessary
· Ability to work in an environment where there may be animals present, including dogs
